In 1983, HiSoft was founded. The software/hardware solutions business grew rapidly to employ over 400 people in five countries. Within five years, HiSoft was to be Australia’s largest privately owned Information Technology company, with a turnover in excess of $300m. HiSoft was acquired in 1988 by National Mutual.

In 1995, CTS Travel & Events was founded. Within four years, CTS was recognised by BRW as one of the top ten fastest growing private companies in Australia. In 1999, CTS merged with Internet Travel Group and became a publicly-listed company turning over in excess of $450m.

In 1998, Intrapac Consolidated, a property company specialising in land subdivision, was founded. In 2000, Intrapac Projects, a division of Intrapac Consolidated, was recognised by BRW as the fastest growing private company in Victoria and continues to grow.

In 2002, an investment and board representation was taken in Catalyst Recruitment Systems Limited, an ASX-listed company and supplier of human resource and recruitment services to more than 3,000 companies nationally. At that time, Catalyst had a turnover of $68m and a market capitalisation of $7m. When Catalyst was acquired by Skilled Group in late 2006, it had doubled its turnover and had a market capitalisation of $50m.

In 2002, Deasil aquired MindAtlas, one of the leading providers of online learning solutions to some of Australia's most recognisable companies. MindAtlas provides work-based certificate courses, blended learning, compliance education and customised training programs. Through Deasil's involvement, MindAtlas experienced significant growth in a short period and was acquired by Catalyst in 2006.

In its short history, Job Capital has already become a significant industry player, boasting 80% of its clients as blue chip public and private companies seeking to decrease the cost of contractor employment without threatening traditional HR processes.
